Almost! The platen and the die holder stay in the same relationship. You move the case from 1, full length resize and deprime, move case to next position, 2 reprime and neck expand move case to next position, 3 charge case with powder and raise case to bottom of the seater die. The bullet goes into a port cut into the die holder and guided by a sliding sleeve, like the Vickerman or RCBS Match seating dies.
Since it has six stations you could set it up for two pistol calibers or one pistol and one rifle and have a lube/bullet sizer in the other station.
First one I bought was set up for 38 Special with a lube and sizer and a two die set for 250/3000 Savage.
