You are welcome. If one cycle doesn't get you the neck condition you want, expand/resize it
twice. Brass readily work hardens, and is easily softened, but it is difficult to
get a real consistent anneal by hand methods.
I'm thinking about building one of those machines, a neat design on the other site, two
adjustable speed motors, a v-stack of brass with a slotted single "picker" drum feeding an open
drum which the case rolls inside, neck in the flame, until an opening in the drum reaches it
and the case drops out. Pretty simple, two motors with solids state speed controllers,
some relatively simple hardware, a particle board back plate and a torch head.
