Well Guys,
After many years it finally caught up with me: I have had bouts of it since 1990 but this past year I have not been able to shake it.
Combination of a great productive work year in my studio along with every day chores / reloading/ shooting my dang 1916 Mauser etc!
It has been 11 months of pain at night and numbness in my hands during the day....lead me to testing and then to a consultation with a surgeon!
All the years prior I was able to shake it and repair myself. Now approaching 66 and retirement I have to face the facts that my right had doesn't work well and my left one is marginal.
So I'm having surgery on Dec 19th at 8 am & I felt really brave and chose a local anesthetic... This way I'm clear of a bunch of pre testing and if needed can be at work 2 days later! Just hope it is everything they are telling me!
