The Acro laps would work but I don't find them real helpful. A split rod and emery with oil is faster and leaves a nice finish.
The Acro laps also can be torn apart if tightened too much. Learned it the hard way. Twice.
Yeah, I'm a split rod and emery guy. Buy 1" emery by the 25 yard roll

Last I heard lathesmith was making Star dies, not sure if he does RCBS/Lyman dies.

I have one of his and the interior finish is far superior to any production die I own.
Puts a literal mirror finish on each bullet that goes through it.
