Ever had a primer fail?

I've experienced no anomalies with miitary brass that have been either swaged or reamed to remove a crimp. I don't think either process was at fault for this occurrence. It would take a lot of reaming to remove enough pocket edge metal to set up a leak of this sort.

I was referring to the bevel at the edge of his primer pockets and, do believe it was a contributing factor in this case. Add the minor constriction of pc build-up, a beveled pocket, & fast racking it is completely conceivable to wined up with a barrel pressure dwell time issue that can pop or spit a primer. They come out of a beveled pocket easier & faster than non-beveled do. Less sealing surface area when beveled. When playing with powder coating I've seen strange things, same for surplus powders slow for caliber, and beveled primer pockets. I urge additional caution when playing with any of those.
