I spaced it and some 45’s are super short.
I run mine at 1.95 and have no issues. But I had a Remington r1 that needed to be loaded to 1.55 to get full lock up.
I hated that gun and sold it very quickly!!!
I bought that mold to use with my 460 Rowland experiment. What I learned is that it needs to be water dropped if you’re going to drive it much over 1100 FPS, at least in my Clark conversion barrel. I finally ended up settling on a 250 SWC Lee bullet intended for 45 LC sized to .452. Turns out the Clark barrel feeds it just fine in my Springfield Armory 1911.
