At first I thought RCBS 30-165 Sil, but I see know that it's not. Don't know.

NOE 311-180-RF for the K-31 Swiss.

My first thought was the Ardito bullet, but that one should have a more bulbous nose and a sharp point.

the NOE K-31 was similar to the rcbs silh but the front band was tapered further back than this one.
I was gonna say saeco but I think it's an older 7mm lyman.

It's NOT the Ardito bullet (311679), which is the one on the far right in this pic:

679 has a point, this one does not.
I think RCBS 308-200-SIL looks the closest, but I think somebody already guessed that one.

I have a 165 SIL from them, but not this one. The 165 has a step, more of a bore rider.

Yes , it is the SAECO 073 and in several of my 7 mm rifles, it is a nail driver.
