Kinda out of date. The owner needs to update things a bit.

I have it on good word that the web site was written with the new caster in mind to help get them started on the right foot. With that in mind what is out of date?

I suppose I must concede. Word is that you are close to the site owner.

Umm, Brad, I already guessed the 287641, but as #2....

I think you're right on the 071 though, I guessed 070 and they're the same except the 071 is heavier @160 grains.

4 is 287308? 3 is Saeco 071?

We have a winner . . . Yes, bullet third from the left is SAECO 071.
Nope, the fourth bullet is not 287308. Is that a Lyman number? Here's a hint, Not a Lyman in the photo.

Ian got three of them, Brad got one so two more to figure including the easiest one of all. (yes that's also a hint)

Ok, Ben started this thread on the SAECO 073. What prompted me to put my picture in Ben's thread is the second bullet from the left, it is SAECO 073. The fourth bullet is a bit of a trick question, while it is a SAECO mold it is not and has never been in their catalog. It is SACO #072. That I am aware of there were only four of them made by John Adams as a custom order for himself and a few friends. John not too long after that sold SAECO to Redding and I got this mold from John when he retired. Sadly John passed away a couple of years ago, he is missed.

Wow, that is an amazing difference between your 073 and Ben's.
Would be interesting to see them side by side.

Goes to show that many companies moulds varied over time and while they share a mould number they aren't the same mould.

they might have broke the cherry and figured it wasn't worth the money to get another one made since they already had something close-nuff.
