Hello, I've been lurking for a few weeks and liked what I saw so I figured I would join.
I used to just cast for my .58 musket and 1884 springfield, pan lubing and sizing the few bullets I needed with a lee sizer. Recently I bought a single action .45 and decided I wanted to try some authentic ammo, so I managed to find a 4 cavity ideal marked 454190 and got myself a saeco sizer for it. Since I had the sizer I figured I would branch out into smokeless loads for the 45 and my 44 and 357, and maybe my .30-30 eventually. So now I'm looking at what lube to use, or what formula to mix my own, and I'm shopping for molds.
