2009 International Armored truck

This is a retired Brinks armored truck.  If you’ve ever wanted a unique vehicle, let your imagination run wild with this one.  I drove it 90 miles yesterday @65-70 mph.

Sweat! I know very little about them, i.e. 2WD or 4WD, gas, or diesel. A lift kit and stacks would add some pazzaz, maybe go the low rider route and put on a bouncy kit, heavy duty mind you, very heavy duty.

No CDL based on size. Register it as a camper and commercial registering isn't needed.

In WA, if you are not in business of transporting goods, you just register it as a private vehicle. A lot easier to drive than a motor home and cheaper. They used to build them here in Yakima and that late of model it probable has Kevlar bullet proofing and much lighter than the steel plated ones.

CDL is based on GVWR, not size. If the vehicle has a GVWR over 26,000 you need a B. Those things are HEAVY.

we had to have one for our 1 ton pickup's if they were pulling a tiny 2 wheel trailer.

In commerce transportation. You can have a class A with doubles , triples , taker etc without a CDL. You can also have a class C CDL .

Nevada flip flopped back and forth between between 10,000# and towing 16,000 and 16,000 towing 10,000 , but stuck with 26,000 max GVW for class C . B I want to say was 3 axles up to 39,999 and class A from there up .
