They have the money, it showed on my credit card statement. So not sending them more.

This was kind of me feeler purchase. You know, before making a bigger one, from a company I never dealt with before.
Try them out and all.

I figure if it says in stock on the sight then it is in stock. But who knows???

If they shipped priority you would think they would have given me a tracking number. But I have never dealt with them before so no clue as to how they run their business. I had just come to expect a certain level of communication thru email. But if they are small shop then maybe their person that handles that is out or sick or something???
Maybe a phone call will help.Most companies not the best way to communicate.
I try to communicate thru email and texting because that is the way most companies want it, these days. It is often just easier for them.

I have heard it is best to contact Al by phone. Call him tomorrow. Tom at Accurate is another story. He communicates strictly by email.
Second this... have had a similar issue, and left both an email and a phone call. Talked with him several times, he explained the issue and was able to get it taken care of to my satisfaction. Call him in the MORNING...

So far my order has not arrived. It was supposed to be in stock and sent priority mail. Been at least 7 weeks, no product not email telling me anything. Most companies will at least send you an email to tell you it is shipped or was out of stock.
Then again maybe I just need to be patient.
They were sure quick to charge my card though. Next day.
Emailed them a couple days ago , with copy of their PDF Receipt. No response. Most places will at least give you a we are looking into it, form email. Or at least a we got your email, email. Not them, at least not yet.
Going to try to call them Next week sometime.
Well, I guess worse case, at least I only lost about 30 bucks. If no good explanation, product, or refund, will just take it as lesson learned. And will educate as many people about my experience as I can. If I am treated right will also spread the word.

I'd check in. You should have gotten an e-mail if he got the order.

I finally stumbled upon one I wanted that was in stock and snatched it. I got an e-mail rather quickly saying my order was received and another a few days later saying my order status has changed," meaning SHIPPED. He doesn't know me from Adam, so it's not like he was taking care of an old pal or something, meaning that if he has the mould, he doesn't seem to sit on an order for it long.

Then, of course, it arrived at and then left a regional sort center in Provo and went AWOL for several days and no trace until it was "out for delivery." A brief stint in Cleveland popped up in an update hours before it showed up in my mailbox.

If you got no notification that it shipped, it may have just fallen through the cracks at his shop and no loss except for calendar days. If it's in the USPS system, you could be in for a nail-biter, watching it zing past your place to some other city, stay there for days and then off to another city, zipping back past you, stay there for a while,.... It only happens once in a while, but when it does, it seems the package it happens to has a little curse on it until it finally finds you.

EDIT: This is RECENT information, by the way. I got it yesterday and cleaned it up and hope to cast with it tomorrow.

I got a reciever order email and one with a invoice the same day I ordered then that was it. I have a copy of the invoice. Which I have emailed back to them this week.

I was thinking cause my order to Accurate for the 36-310W was placed couple weeks back and my card has NOT yet been charged. I went to dbl check my order and it is there. Then I remembered there is some kinda "law" about charging for something when its being precessed for shipment.

So if he has infact secured the funds from your pmt provider. Id bet its shipped or being shipped.

The Swede is a standup guy and Id be very very shocked for any shenanigans from him.

I also gat an alert from my credit card for the amount. Next day.
No other responses, but....Like I said I will call this week and see what happened.
Might be a mix up or lost order.

Thing that really sucks is, this is my third attempt to get an expander for 223 .I bought and reciever one from another company but was wrong size (too big) for what I needed. Figured out the size and they were the only place I could find it. So getting a bit antsy after months of being at a dead stop. Now I don't want to try and order another, I have found with a different company. because I am waiting for at least a response from them

Yep, calling them is on my plan about 10 tomorrow which should be 8:00 am them time.

My order had got pushed to the side because, of a issue with the ordering system. They were also having some internal issues. It was supposed to be shelved only for a couple days, but some how it got pushed to the bottom and forgot about. They have a lot of things they are dealing with. So it never got filled, shipped.
Very nice fellow he is personally going to see the order gets filled and shipped.
So we will wait and see. I think he was very sincere.

Now you know why I don’t expect payment until the order arrives and the customer has a chance to check out the contents. Not everyone can run a business that way, this is not a comment about any other business.

Glad that you got answers. Things happen. Good thing you called. We all know how busy all mold makers are these days.

As an example. Look at MP molds. They are a year + on mold production back order because they haven't made their own HP pins. For whatever reason his supplier hasn't been able to keep up with what MP has been selling.

I've only ordered MP molds that were in stock and ready to ship. They arrive amazing quick, for the long distance they have to travel and the number of Nation borders they have to cross, plus having a potential delay due to customs.
I just won't risk a long wait, if I have a clue that it will be many months, I just won't place the order... patmarlin cured me of that.

Over the years and many orders with NOE, I've had several phone conversations with Al, I hope he relayed to you his situation and current problems. He is a great asset to our bullet casting business community. Like fiver said, if you need to contact Al, you gotta knock on his door or make a voice phone call...it's just how he rolls.

I ordered two knives from Finland last year and they arrived within three business days.

Sold one of the two to another fella who missed out on them and sent his via Priority Mail to his home, less than two hours from mine.

Three days from Finland to here - three WEEKS within the same state.:headscratch:
