Week 4 Day 3
Well JonB, it's not like you can't sell now. Reasonable price should move it fast.
But the bigger question is, "What is excess lead". Didn't know there was such a thing.
:headscratch:
Jimbo,
I wanted to sell it when it was in my garage and in-the-way, before moving it to an out-of-the-way area.
Now that I hurt my back while moving it, I regret moving it and should have worked harder at selling it before I hurt my back. It was about 1000 lbs, and I preferred to sell all to one person ...trust me, the price was right, maybe I could have been a little more easy going on the selling to one person thingy?
Anyway, it's now out of sight and out of mind, and I don't need the money, so I ain't sell'n.

The bigger answer:
Let's pretend I have two lifetime supplies already ingotized, so any more beyond that, would be excess, LOL.

44Man from the other site isn't doing too well. Major heart problems, several stints. Other than that information no other facts in a recent post.
I didn't see the part about major heart problems? the post said a couple stints in the hospital...I took that as more than one hospital admission, and not necessarily more than one Artery stint?

Got home from work and decided to pull the trigger on a few new tools.
A 1-2” mic and a depth mic. A set of adjustable parallels. An alignment tool for the mill to be used with rotary table.

Finally got the truck roadworthy. Got it home last night. Took the kid out to the sportsman's club to have his first time ever behind a wheel. Let him run the F250 around on the dirt road a bit. He hit the ditch lost 2 hubcaps an put a small scrape on the side. Still did not to bad, after he got used to it. At least we did not put her in the creek.
Boy it's nice to have a beater truck. Do not have to worry if it gets scratched, just use it.
Also got the boy shooting full power. 357's in my 66. He is 14 going to be 15 on October. Finally coming out of his mommies boy stage.

I found the thread on CB, we seem to have some confusion between "stent" and "stint". a stint is a period of time in an activity, and a stent is a medical procedure. Both could be technically correct in the post on CB, but the actual meaning is ambiguous. "Stint" could also be a misspelling of "stent". Since I don't know, I'm going to the garage for awhile.

I wonder if med students at some point do a stint in stents?
My pet armadillo is in need of a walk. Back shortly.

Actually--it has been raining quite vigorously for much of the day here. Day #26 of Embrace The Suck/Stay In Your Crib orders.

It was a beautiful day here today so I just had to get in the garden!. Last Fall I fortified a bed that grew green beans but left the nitrogen bearing roots in the ground and built it up with worm castings compost and some organic fertilizer. Out side of having to pull out some weeds The soil was in great to turn so I worked it up with a spading fork and got it all set and put in 1/2 bed of spinach and 1/2 bed of "red sails" leaf lettuce ( our favorite) Maybe picking by early next month!
The Red Sails I planted last fall made it through the entire winter ( I put a small cold frame over it) It is a tad bitter now so I'm trying to decide to turn it in as green manure or harvest it for old fashion Polish Lettuce soup! The soup may win out! My Mom use to make that for us when the beds of her leaf lettuce started to go to seed! May just try my hand at it.

I am busy prepping for a range trip tomorrow. Forecast is for 77° and sunny.
Wife is going along so 38/357 is on the menu. May take the GP100 as well as her 686. Need to chose between the CZ75 and 1911.

they will turn whatever way the fence goes.
I could tell of some of the boredom kicking in while down in Texas, but you can obstacle course an armadillo 20 or 30 miles with a couple of small pieces of plywood and never leave a 20' square area.
I don't know how they all ain't just trapped or walking themselves to death around fenced in yards.

rained today so I opened the cold frame boxes so it would stop, worked as usual.
pulled the weeds in them and sort of attempted to pull some in the flower bed, decided I had anything else better to do so gave up.
we are supposed to hit near 50 sometime this week and have snow and temps in the teens again by the weekend.
it's trying to be spring,,, sorta.

Take them both, that way you won't have to chose between the two. thumbs up.jpg
