JonB At that price. I would have to get another one.
I was just in Runnings the other day. Wasn't paying real close attention, but they had some stuff in the $400 area in that store. Being NY that may be part of it.The Local Farm Store (Runnings) has the Tisas on sale for $299 this week.
I'm thinking I'm goin to visit the store today.
HAR!!!! You are KIDDING, right?!!! Doesn't make a teeny, tiny little bit of difference. And honestly, that's the way it should be. What would make sense is to have some sort of ability to add a gun to your permit from the dealers. It's all done by computer anyway. That wouldn't advance the agenda in play though, so it'll never happen.Bret, even for a retired patrolman?
Ye that is the one I saw for $525!Aim Surplus currently has the Duty model like mine on sale for $400, it only comes with one mag and probably doesn't come with the hard case like mine did but I can vouch for that. Regardless, if you're looking into getting into a 1911 and you're on a limited budget, I don't think you can go wrong. I've had a great experience with mine so far.
