What is your weather today?

My weather app says it's gonna be 10* next Friday in Dallas.
We're not used to that, but it will sure put my two giant Red Oaks to sleep.

Weather guessers are predicting a low of -2* on Thurs. with snow and 20+ MPH winds. A high of 11* on Fri. with 19+ MPH winds. Seems we're catching a little of this storm cell.
I know Winelover is not happy about snow, but I've never experienced a "white Christmas".:)

Snowed better part of three days here and total around 20”. Now it’s suppose to go to -17 in next couple days. Wish we had gotten the cold weather first, to make better ice before we got the snow.

It finally stopped snowing. The good news is that the total accumulation was maybe 3 or 4".

Got everything plowed out today, but it kind of sucked because most of the driveways are not frozen and I was tearing up gravel and sod in places. 24° basically around the clock now for two days.

Only saving grace is that the week after, the temps are moderating, to above freezing.

Very little snow here but the cold is settling in. 6° right now, high of 25 today. Thirsday and Friday we are forecast for highs of -1°. That kind of cold really gets old. Add in a little breeze and it is downright painful.

Going to drive down to southern Oregon tomorrow, supposed to be some weather hitting Tuesday just want to miss it.

Sun finally broke through around 10 am after days of overcast, but it was 10° out. It might have hit 15° but the highest I saw on the car was 12°. Clear now I'll bet it's going to dip below zero tonight.

Wood burner going, cats are happy. Feeding birds three times a day. Flock increases daily.

Frost on the roof, in the 50F now. She's taking the dog for a walk, my knee is sore from greeter/door opener this morning so I passed. PC some PB but I think the hot plate in going south, wondered why the mold took so long to get to temp the other day.

What's going to be tough this Thurs. and Fri. is lows hovering around 0* and 30+ MPH winds. Weather reports say 20 and 23 MPH winds (respectively), but 3+ years here on the South rim of our little valley have shown you have to increase whatever the wind velocity prediction is by 50-80%.

We will likely have similar. It will be downright nasty out,
