Same here and many other sites.

I had fiver, rick and a couple others figured out but many surprises. I have enjoyed reading what most of you posted on CB.

Fiver,
Just always wanted to ask about "runfiverun"; wasn't a reference to a certain movie robot, was it? ( johnnyfive)

I believe it is a reference to a dog named Fiver. At least that is what I remember.

Sweetpea over there...

It has been a tongue-in-cheek nickname for many years, owing to my build and demeanor...:D

yeah i had a dog named 5.
she was the 5th one born on the 5th day in the 5th month of the year [and sadly only lived to be 5 years old]

it's been 10 years now and I still miss that dog, and her pup Mocha they were both one of the best hunting dogs I have ever seen.
grouse ,rabbits, pheasants, ducks, doves, ground/tree squirrels, fish, chucker's, whatever, if I shot it they retrieved it.
they found it to be shot too, somehow 5 knew the difference between going squirrel hunting and grouse hunting and looked in the right places for each one.

anyway one of 5's favorite tricks was to steal stuff then make you chase her to get it back.
the horse's oat bowl, a socket or screw-driver, one of the kids toys.
every time she done it someone would say run five run and laugh.

I've wondered about that for many years. Thanks for educating me!

Quicksylver/Quicksilver/Guicksylver...we have a lot of fun with Brad's I-phone auto-correct, it spits out some pretty hilarious stuff from time to time when he's posting in a hurry.

Not the "grumpy puppy" avatar, I think Littlegirl came up with that one. Jeez, why do I even know this stuff when I can't even remember my safe combo half the time without looking it up.
