The video should be interesting, Some 10-ish years ago I was doing some radiography training, was called in on a surgery where metal rods were being placed in a patients lumbar and thoracic spine... Yew..... not for faint of heart, looked they were in process of removing the back straps from a deer. Peel them back, screw two clamps into esch vertabrae, attach 18" of rod to the clamps, and put everything back in place and sew them up.
