That should be a whole heap of fun. I bet it goes deer hunting pretty soon.

Those things don't grow on trees in good condition. Nice find, I bet you make something of it.

I would have had to walk away with that one too.
I never see things like that around here unless someone else just bought it just before i got there lol.

Nice find.

I hardly ever see one anymore.
The gentleman that I bought it from shot wild hogs with it in Arkansas.
Guaranteed three shots in a clover-leaf with Win. Factory loads, 300 gr. at 100 yards off the bench.

Gun has a Timney adjustable trigger. Nice, clean, crisp trigger pull.
He said that it fed from the magazine flawlessly.

I'm betting it will do exactly what the man said it would do too.
I'd be like a kid with his first BB gun with that one Ben.
If it feeds as slick as he said it would, i'd be at the range everyday for quite a while.

This and 24 gr of 2400. Should give 1300 fps or so and shoot well. Recoil will be manageable too.

I have a very similar bullet in a Lee 6 cav mould. Talk about drain a pot.
That bullet shoots well enough that all my other 45-70 moulds sit unused. Actually, not true. Paul keeps my Gould HP busy.
