What is your weather today?

Sat in a boat in the rain for 5 hours until I was hypothermic. We were throwing jigs and plastics for walleyes Thursday and Friday. Boated 59 or else the weather would have been unbearable.

Today's forecast 78 and windy. Back in the high 20's for lows and low 40's for highs next week. I hate this.

The Thursday overnight and most of the day Friday rain was another case of weather guesser overhype. The 1/4" was half of what was scheduled, but the plants are happy.

Nice!! Yesterday was the first day into the 50’s. Snow is only 30 inches deep now but going down faster now. Next weekend will be a big difference in snow remaining as weather is looking good. The big problem this year is ice. Been here 47 years and I’ve never seen anything like this. 2 inches of ice makes for dangerous walking anywhere

Rose to about 10" of fresh white, heavy snow. Don't think it will around for long. the ground has thawed and temps forecasted in the low 40s come tomorrow.

Right before I went to bed I stepped outside to sniff the air. It was still 64 degrees. It had rained a little and was starting to sprinkle again. Sue stepped out and said it smelled like more rain to her. I looked down and as I had a hand held spotlight to check the bird feeder for critters and the deer carcass across the road, I saw the lawn was alive with night crawlers.

I went out to the shed and quickly mixed up a batch of worm bedding and picked at least 4 dozen crawlers in a few minutes. Later in bed I awoke to a down pour. I assume the crawlers could sense its approach and were out mating and moving around before the storm. Peepers were active before the big rain too. Only problem is the cold and crappy weather is going to return just in time for when I want to go back out to fish. I hate, just hate it when nice weather on a weekend brings hoards of people out. The boat ramps are full, there's no parking spaces, and it just is in no way relaxing.

On our bike ride we checked the Mississippi and it is still flooded and looks like a lost cause for the remainder of the time I would normally be handlining. I'm feeling a grumpy day comin' on, ingrate that I am. I did make fresh cherry scones for breakfast and the COFFEE is good.

When it rains here, I get scores of nightcrawlers in my garage. Yet, I have 2-3 car lengths of cement, plus much more gravel in front of the doors.confused.png Pity, cause I don't use live bait.

31º and cloudy, but suppose to clear up and warm up to 39, but remain breezy.
I did some Laundry this morning, and hang the clothes out on the line...Dang, it's lightly sleeting/snowing :(
I hang them out anyway, figuring it'll get better out.

i think we got close to 50 today.
but the wind was weird, it would be dead calm and then a big 15-20 mph gust would come along out of nowhere.

29º and cloudy now.
It's suppose to get to 45 and sunny...that's Tee-shirt weather here...and I should be outside doing something, but for now, I am surfing the web, sitting in front of the woodstove...burning all the little stuff on top of a new wood stack, cause I've burnt all the wood I had stacked up for this season.

What's my weather? Been pretty stormy the last 20 hours. Have had off & on heavy thunder storms w/heavy rain tonight. 60* out right now and a pretty good light show.

I just looked at my gauge, for yesterday and last night it's right on 4 inches. Local radio station says 2 7/8".
