Not sure that is correct within state boundaries. Our gov. just announced today the possibility the NG may take over prisons and some other sections. If the president activates the guard the fed pays for it, within state borders the state pays for it. There is a substantial difference in enforcement and jurisdiction, within NG and Military, within US boundaries and US seeded territories, especially for active duty MP's.

We got some unscheduled, but welcomed, overnight and morning rain.
Haven't decided what to do today, but casting 457193s or 452374s is highly likely. Yesterday morning, I loaded the last batch of .45-70, then stripped, cleaned and lubed RCBS JR 3. After that, I cleaned the grill, unsuccessfully tried to save an ancient garden hose reel, then ate the last of the beef stew for lunch. Last night's boredom drove me to clean and lube the Lee Classic Turret.

Used to know the rules inside and out - but that was 25+ yrs ago. Forgotten a lot and probably some has changed. It can get real intricate iirc.
