Went and picked up the new toolbox. Thankfully my oldest nephew helped with unloading otherwise it would still be in the bed of the truck.

Mill should be here Monday so the garage is now getting full.

Happy days . . . Be interesting to hear how much it costs to fill up that tool chest. I'm thinking right around one retirement. o_O

If I’m not careful it could cost me one divorce or homicide?

Never heard anyone complain about too much storage space.

Now to come up with a program for what goes in each drawer.

I've heard of beet farmers, just can't figure out why they don't grow something edible.

Dang Kevin you must be hunting around here.

well you can tell that's classic music because none of the trains going bye are any longer in business.

cotton belt...gone.
rio grande... bought by the SP.
southern pacific... bought by the Union pacific a few years later.
the video was shot in between the S.P. buying the rio grande but before their purchase by the U.P.

the U.P. and the B.N.S.F. are both up and running.

Best wishes, Kevin.

The deer are moving around here. I seen 3 in a 10 min drive home just north edge of town here. Sadly, I'm not taking part in our rifle season now. Hopefully late season I'll sneak away.

When the hunting is tough I go earlier, farther & stay till dark30. Some times covering ground can net shot opportunities, ain't got much to loose the last day.

Nice box, Brad!

CSX around here. They seem to avoid making money to the greatest extent possible. We have a mine here that would love to use them. Won't even talk to the mine guys. And other places that do use them tell tale after tale of stuff that was picked up for delivery on a specific date only to disappear into the void for several weeks/months and then it suddenly shows up either back where it started or at the place it was intended to be. What a racket!

just a little more train trivia.

when you see a car designated with those big 6" letters on the front or back edge, if the last letter is an X that marks it as a privately owned car.
you'll mainly see it on tanker type cars or open coal or ore cars in many places.
I used to see it on some private coach cars but that seems to have fallen out of favor over the years.

I always thought it would be the ultimate RV to have my own private train car that I could have shoved into a siding here and there.
but with my luck I'd end up in every switch yard between LA and Seattle and spend more time chiseling 10 layers of spray paint off the side than actually enjoying the scenery.

waco, is Grandson mostly walking or getting close?

Puppy is driving me nuts. Forgot what it's like to have a 30 lb., fur covered whirling dervish bouncing off all the furniture.

Very anxious to see some pics of Brad's first milling job.
